The next best thing to choosing our services to design YOUR dream space, is to purchase our services as a gift! Jill hired me to help give her husband the office of his dreams! The client wanted a more masculine, industrial space, and especially wanted a stand out zoom background for work meetings (don’t we all!). Many of his inspo images contained darker walls and ceilings so I made sure to color drench the space for that dramatic look. While built-ins are definitely ideal for any office, we are sometimes limited based on budget or architectural elements. Since the window in this office is too close to the wall, I decided to swap built-ins for two large console tables with storage. This gives the look of built-ins, without the hassle/extra cost. To juxtapose the masculine paint and console tables, I added plenty of faux plants, some linen curtains, and a natural woven rug. This helps to tie this office to the rest of the home, since it is a home office at the end of the day!
